Here’s a new look at an upcoming crime movie titled Black Medicine which is set to arrive on digital next month. The film stars Amybeth McNulty (Stranger Things, Anne with an E), Orla Brady (Fringe, American Horror Story) and Antonia Campbell-Hughes (Kelly + Victor). The film is written and directed by Screen International Star of Tomorrow 2020 winner Colum Eastwood.
The synopsis is as follows: Set in the heart of the Irish crime underbelly, Black Medicine follows Jo (Hughes), a black-market medic who carries out illegal operations for the criminal underworld. When she gives refuge to a young girl (McNulty), she must choose between breaking her medical oath or crossing her ruthless employers.
Sounds good. The date for you digital diaries in 12th July.
