Danse Macabre ha announced that it will street murder-mystery werewolf movie Beast WIthin on both DVD and digital in August. Asda and Tesco have got behind the release of the movie and will be amongst the outlets selling the horror movie from 2nd August.
Steven Morana (Whiskey Business) and Holly Deveaux (The Mist) star as a young couple attending the launch party of their gaming app Werewolves Awaken. But when a guest is brutally murdered everyone becomes a suspect in a deadly real-life version of the game.
Directed by Steven Morana and Chris Green (Zombie Werewolves Attack) and co-produced by Nic Izzi (1BR) the cast includes Colm Feore (Thor), Ari Millen (Orphan Black), Alysa King (Slasher), Supinder Wraich (The 410), Art Hindle (Invasion of the Body Snatchers) and Katie Boland (The Bet).
The film has played various genre festivals leading up to its release and has generally good word of mouth.
