Here’s a first look at an upcoming Netflix movie release, Minnal Murali, a 1990s-set superhero movie bound for screens on Christmas Eve. Tovino Thomas, Basil Joseph and Sophia Paul lead the cast of the film, which will be released in Indian Malayalam on 24th December.
Set in the 90s, Minnal Murali is an origin story of an ordinary man-turned-superhero Murali, who is struck by a bolt of lightning, which bestows him with special powers.
It looks like this one has been in the can for a little while, the film seemingly originally set for release theatrically a year ago. Obviously, this was delayed becasue of the pandemic, but it looks like it will finally see the light of day on the Netflix platform in multiple territories.
