Ahead of their new film Don’t Look Up, which premiered this week ahead of a brief run in cinemas and then a release on Netflix on Christmas Eve, it has been announced that filmmaker Adam McKay will reunite with star Jennifer Lawrence on Apple-housed movie Bad Blood.
Variety reports the news of the movie, which sees McKay write and direct and Lawrence lead the cast as Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes. The trade says that the film will centre on Holmes’ spectacular rise and fall, one that began with the promise of revolutionising the health care system and ended with the collapse of her company and a trial for fraud.
No news on when this one will go before the cameras, but we’re guessing pretty soon.
