A trailer and debut poster for The Lighthouse director Robert Eggers’ new film The Northman has been released. The film will come to cinemas in April of 2022 with Alexander Skarsgård, Nicole Kidman, Claes Bang, Anya Taylor-Joy, Gustav Lindh, Ethan Hawke, Björk, and Willem Dafoe amongst the central cast.
Eggers wrote the screenplay for the film with Sjón. We also have a first look at Skarsgård in the film and HE IS BUILT. Check him out above.
No lengthy synopsis for this one as yet, but the press release states that the film is an action-filled epic that follows a young Viking prince on his quest to avenge his father’s murder.
Already amped for April when this one surfaces.
