‘Greyhound’ sequel on the way from Apple TV+

It looks like a sequel to the Tom Hanks-scripted and starring WWII movie Greyhound is on the way over at Apple TV+. Deadline is reporting that Hanks’ company Playtone has signed a multi-year overall deal with the streamer.

The new deal will cover series, documentaries, and unscripted projects and will include the planned Greyhound sequel, which is one of the most-watched films on the streaming service after releasing back in 2020.

Hanks has also produced the series Masters of the Air for the platform with Steven Spielberg. The limited series has already completed filming and will drop on the streamer in the near future.
