A new UK trailer and release date have been revealed for The Lost Girls, an upcoming drama led by Vanessa Redgrave. Joely Richardson, Louis Partridge, Emily Carey, Ella-Rae Smith, Parker Sawyers, Iain Glen, Julian Ovenden and Livia De Paolis are also among the cast of the film, which has been confirmed to hit screens (cinemas and digital) on 17th June.
The Lost Girls is a new take on the classic Peter Pan story where four generations of Darling women struggle with returning to reality following their adventures with Peter in Neverland. Like her grandmother (Redgrave) and her mother Jane (Richardson) before her, Wendy (De Paolis) must break Pan’s spell and uncover what’s real in a world full of fantasy.
Written and directed by Livia De Paolis, the film will be distributed by Altitude.
