A first trailer has landed for The Mother, a new film starring Jennifer Lopez set for Netflix soon. In the film, Lopez plays an assassin alongside Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick, Gael Garcia Bernal and Paul Raci.
The film doesn’t release onto Netflix until next May, but our early look shows huge promise for the movie.
A brief synopsis reads: A deadly female assassin comes out of hiding to protect the daughter that she gave up years before, while on the run from dangerous men.
Misha Green, Andrea Berloff, and Peter Craig wrote the script, while Niki Caro directs.
