It is being reported that Friends star Lisa Kudrow is to lead the cast of Apple TV+’s Time Bandits TV series. Taika Waititi is behind the project over at the streamer, which is based on Terry Gilliam’s superb 1980s movie.
Kal-El Tuck, Charlyne Yi, Tadhg Murphy, Roger Jean Nsengiyumva, Rune Temte, Kiera Thompson, and Rachel House are also among the cast of the planned show, which is co-written, directed and executive produced by Waititi.
The project is now an official go-project at Apple with Waititi on board to direct the first two episodes of the 10-episode series.
