Lupita Nyong’o is reportedly in final negotiations to lead the cast of Paramount’s A Quiet Place spin-off.
The film is titled A Quiet Place: Day One and, while we don’t know specific details, we guess, from the title, that’ll it’ll be set during the very early days of the outbreak of the audio-reactive creatures seen in the first two movies.
Michael Sarnoski (Pig) is directing the film, while John Krasinski, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller will produce.
No idea who Lupita will be playing as yet, if she signs on the dotted line, but this is a wonderful casting choice and we can’t wait to see what the filmmakers come up with.
The movie will release in March 2024.
