The Official Selection of the 76th Festival de Cannes, the prestigious Cannes Film Festival which takes place every May in the south of France, has been revealed. Apart from the previously announced opening film, Jeanne Du Barry, which is led by Johnny Depp, Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, both of which will screen out of competition, we will be treated to new films from the likes of Takeshi Kitano, Wes Anderson, Todd Haynes, Wim Wenders, Jonathan Glazer, Aki Kaurismaki, Alice Rohrwacher, Steve McQueen and more.
Iris Knobloch, President and Thierry Frémaux, General Delegate, announced the Official Selection of the 76th Festival de Cannes, during a press conference earlier this morning.
