It’s here. The full trailer for Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, Zack Snyder’s sci-fi sequel has just dropped courtesy of Netflix where it will land very soon. Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire dropped on the streamer at the end of December last year and fans will have this follow-up on their screens from 19th April.
The film features Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, the voice of Anthony Hopkins Staz Nair, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Stuart Martin, Ingvar Sigurðsson, and Charlotte Maggi.
The film continues the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld. On the eve of their battle the warriors must face the truths of their own pasts, each revealing why they fight. As the full force of the Realm bears down on the burgeoning rebellion, unbreakable bonds are forged, heroes emerge, and legends are made.
I know there are people out there who loved the first one. Critics weren’t as keen with the film holding a 21% rating on Rotten Tomatoes (at the time of writing).
