Following the excellent X and Pearl, Ti West’s next film MaXXXine is set for cinemas later this year and the trailer for it has just gone live over on A24’s YouTube channel. The film has a July 5th release date for the U.S. with the UK getting it in August.
Mia Goth, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon lead the cast.
No official synopsis for this yet but it looks like Goth is playing an adult film star with her sights firmly set on the bright lights of Hollywood. However, a street killer named the Night Stalker prowls the city. It is firmly set in the 1980s and comes to the screen a full two years since Pearl which was set in the early 20th Century.
The UK date for this one is 9th August.
