Exclusive: ‘Terrifier 3’ producer Phil Falcone teases Christmas carnage, buckets of gore and more

Having seemingly appeared from nowhere, the Terrifier films have become one of the most popular horror franchises in recent years. From the tiny spark that was the first film came a rabid audience. Their thirst for the sequel surpassed all expectations; it was a hit with horror fans everywhere. Later this year, 11th October to be precise, comes the third film in the series, Terrifier 3. The excitement has almost reached fever pitch levels with fans devouring every small morsel of information and content about the highly anticipated movie. What we know thus far is that Terrifier 3 will be set at Christmas, opening the door for Art the Clown to add a festive slant to all of his trademark over the top kills.

Art the Clown is back and set to unleash another round of chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve. Starring David Howard Thornton (Terrifier), Lauren LaVera (Terrifier 2), Daniel Roebuck (Final Destination), Elliot Fullam (Terrifier 2), Bryce Johnson (Pretty Little Liars), Samantha Scaffidi (Terrifier), Jason Patric (The Lost Boys), wrestling superstar Chris Jericho (MacGruber) plus horror legend Tom Savini (Dawn of the Dead, From Dusk Till Dawn) and genre favourite Clint Howard (Ice Cream Man, Lords of Salem) Terrifier 3 is written and directed by Damien Leone (Terrifier 1&2).

In the lead up to Terrifier 3’s release, THN have spoken with some of the team involved in the production. First up, we spoke to Terrifier 3’s producer, Phil Falcone. One of the early supporters of the original Terrifier, Phil Falcone has been a part of the franchise since its bloody beginnings. This made him the ideal candidate to tease exactly how gruesome the third film is likely to get. Watch our full interview below to hear all about the Christmas carnage Art is about to unleash.
