Considering a shoot isn’t anywhere near, it comes as no surprise that Marvel Studios has removed Blade from its upcoming 2025 release schedule.
The Marvel movie, which is set to star Mahershala Ali and Mia Goth, was slated for a November 2025 release, but now that won’t be the case, mother company Disney swapping out Blade for Predator: Badlands which will be released through Searchlight Pictures.
Blade is still in the development stage with the film announced five years ago back in 2019. Various setbacks, including the global pandemic and various industry strikes have affected the planned movie and now we don’t know when we will see the iconic character on screen. As we hear more, we’ll keep you posted.
