A new Flight Risk trailer graced the Internet on New Year’s Day. The upcoming thriller stars Mark Wahlberg and is directed by none other than Mel Gibson. Michelle Dockery and Topher Grace also make up the main cast.
The film comes to screens at the end of January with the action largely taking place on board a plane where everyone doesn’t appear to be who they say they are.
The official synopsis for the flick is as follows.
In this high-stakes suspense thriller, Academy Award® nominee Mark Wahlberg (2006, Actor in a Supporting Role, The Departed) plays a pilot transporting an Air Marshal (Michelle Dockery) accompanying a fugitive (Topher Grace) to trial. As they cross the Alaskan wilderness, tensions soar and trust is tested, as not everyone on board is who they seem.

This is the second trailer for an action film set on board a plane we’ve posted today (following the Flight Or Fight trailer with Josh Hartnett. This seems to be the first big movie trend of the year and comes following that brilliant Gerard Butler movie from a couple of years ago (remember Plane?).
