The first In The Lost Lands trailer has arrived with Dave Bautista and Milla Jovovich leading the cast. The film is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and is based on the short story of the same name by Game Of Thrones’ George R.R. Martin.
Anderson and Constantin Werner wrote the screenplay for the movie which will see cinemas stateside from 7th March. The story revolves around a sorceress who is out to find a special power that can turn people into werewolves.
The official synopsis, as provided by the U.S. distributor Vertical, is as follows:
Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on George R.R. Martin’s short story, a queen sends the powerful and feared sorceress Gray Alys (Milla Jovovich) to the ghostly wilderness of the Lost Lands in search of a magical power, where the sorceress and her guide, the drifter Boyce (Dave Bautista), must outwit and outfight man and demon.

A German release was set for September 26, 2024 but was moved to 2025 where it will land on the same day as its U.S. debut.
Shooting took place in the latter half of 2022 and early 2023 with extensive post production and SFX work that followed.
No word on a UK release as of yet but we’ll keep you posted.
