Oscar-winning ‘Anora’ set for physical home release in May

The now five-time Oscar-winning Anora will get a glittering physical home release in the UK through Criterion in May.

The film, made for a reported $6 million, has now taken over $40 million at the global box-office (a figure which is sure to grow after the big win in L.A. last night).

Anora, which also won the Palme d’Or at Cannes last year, picked up Best Actress for Mikey Madison at the Academy Awards, along with four other awards, include one for director Sean Baker, the prestigious Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay and Best Film Editing.

The film will arrive on 4K UHD and Blu-ray for the first time on 5th May.
