In the film, ranger Brody, with the help of his nephew and niece Dylan and Naomi, are preparing to open a brand-new campground for the season. Everything is in order and the camp seems peaceful until a giant rat, mutated from multiple dumping of toxic wastes, begins killing the campers and rangers.

A release for the film has been set by Lionsgate for on-demand and digital from 29th April though it looks like the film has been in the offing for a while as the IMDB page has a 2020 listing. There have been previous teasers as well with First Showing also showing a teaser from a few years ago also.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows:

Experience a hairy tale of horror with a comic twist. Ranger Brody believes looking after his teenage niece and nephew will be the biggest challenge of the summer until his brand-new campground is turned into a den of terror by a massive mutant rat. Years of dumping toxic waste into the land have created a monstrous rodent with a taste for blood, and now it’s up to a reluctant band of warriors to exterminate the beast.

Love this. It look like an absolute hoot and perfect for a late night weekend viewing.
