One Piece season two is officially a go and here’s a two-minute teaser for Netflix’s upcoming Tudum event in Los Angeles this week where the streamer is set to unload previews of its forthcoming releases. One Piece is a Netflix live-action adaptation of the world’s most popular manga by Eiichiro Oda and it has a season two coming our way very soon.
An epic saga of adventure on the high seas, the story follows the adventures of Luffy, an enthusiastic young man with the singular aspiration of becoming King of the Pirates. A cultural phenomenon with millions of passionate fans around the globe, ONE PIECE is an expansive ongoing story about a group of misfits with a dream of joining together to become Luffy’s loyal crew, the Straw Hats. The live-action series is executive produced by series creator Eiichiro Oda (also known as Oda-Sensei), created in partnership with Shueisha, and produced by Tomorrow Studios and Netflix.
Netflix will land previews of season three of Squid Game, the new Stranger Things and Wednesday seasons, as well as tons more at the L.A. event on 31st May. It will stream the whole event live on its platform on the night.
