Sneak Peek Of Disney’s ‘Planes’

It’s easy to roll one’s eyes at the thought of Disney’s PLANES, an unimaginative spin-off from Pixar’s CARS, but its predecessor was hardly a good idea in the first place. At least with PLANES we are sure to be treated to some amazing 3D graphics and fantastic aerial footage. Or at least, we can hope so. PLANES sees a crop-duster called Dusty (brilliant!), who decides he wants to be more than just a crop-duster and sets his sights on a famous race, but he’s also afraid of heights. Can you imagine?

PLANES is set for a US release on 9th August and a UK release on 16th August. It stars the vocal talents of Dane Cook, Val Kilmer, Anthony Edwards, John Cleese, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Priyanka Chopra, Stacy Keach, Cedric The Entertainer, Sinbad, Roger Craig Smith, Gabriel Iglesias, and Carlos Alazraqui.
