Hugh Jackman’s adamatium-clawed mutant THE WOLVERINE, looks ready for pounce in the latest one-sheet from James Mangold’s spin-off sequel of the X-Men icon.
Jackman and Mangold’s comic-book adventure sees our wisecracking, raging hero travelling to Tokyo, Japan, after receiving an offer to rid himself of his immortal curse by a mysterious man he saved the life of decades earlier. Of course, it’s not without its notable challenges when a new Far East threat comes in the form of a blade-wielding warrior known as the Silver Samurai and the stunning, shapeshifting femme fatale, Viper.
THE WOLVERINE is still to tear into cinemas from the 26th July, but Jackman is currently shooting his 7th outing for the character with Bryan Singer’s X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST.
