Director Brad Furman follows up his gripping drama THE LINCOLN LAWYER with gambling thriller RUNNER RUNNER. Justin Timberlake leads as a Princeton graduate Richie, who, believing he’s the victim of online gambling tycoon Ivan Block’s (Oscar-winner Ben Affleck) shady operation, travels to Costa Rica to confront him. However, Richie’s soon in over his head when the promise of untold wealth collides with his inclusion in an FBI sting. Click the following link to find the first trailer
RUNNER RUNNER will show its cards in UK and US cinemas from the 27th September. Check out these trio of character posters featuring both Timberlake and Affleck’s conflicted duo. There is also the stunning Gemma Arterton who appears almost unrecognisably airbrushed to look like more like on of those talentless TOWIE tits!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
