Here is the first full clip from THE WOLVERINE starring Hugh Jackman.
It’s the most enjoyable fight on a train since Spidey and Doc Ock tore it up in SPIDER-MAN II. We don’t know why Logan is being pestered by these dudes; either he doesn’t have a ticket or they just didn’t like X-MEN: THE LAST STAND. Philistines.
The film features our hairy hero in modern day Japan, where he faces a foe he never thought he would… his own mortality! And a massive samurai made of silver (I think?). It is based on a celebrated story-arc and looks like it will make up for the just-too-goofy X-MEN: ORIGINS. This is a stand alone film which relates briefly to the end of the previous trilogy but apparently does not tie in with the up-coming DAYS OF FUTRE PAST. Confused? Doesn’t matter. That’s some awesome scrappin’ going on up there.
THE WOLVERINE is directed by James Mangold and stars Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, Brian Tee and Famke Janssen. He will be clawing his way into cinemas on 26th July. Bub.

John is a gentleman, a scholar, he’s an acrobat. He is one half of the comedy duo Good Ol’ JR, and considers himself a comedy writer/performer. This view has been questioned by others. He graduated with First Class Honours in Media Arts/Film & TV, a fact he will remain smug about long after everyone has stopped caring. He enjoys movies, theatre, live comedy and writing with the JR member and hetero life partner Ryan. Some of their sketches can be seen on YouTube and YOU can take their total hits to way over 17!
