Those forthcoming blockbusters making an appearance at San Diego Comic Con next week are beginning the rear their promotional material ahead of the event. Stuart Beattie’s dark action-thriller, I, FRANKENSTEIN (based the graphic novel by Kevin Grevioux) is one such effort as it tells of the Mary Shelley-created creature, Adam, having survived through to present day due to a genetic quirk in his creation. Still finding his way through a dark, gothic metropolis, he finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans.
Aaron Eckhart plays monster in the film co-starring Bill Nighy, Socratis Otto, Yvonne Strahovski and Miranda Otto. I, FRANKENSTEIN is set to be unleashed in cinemas from 24th January 2014!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
