Gripping Full Trailer For ‘A Single Shot’ Starring Sam Rockwell & William H. Macy

The first intense trailer has arrived for atmospheric thriller A SINGLE SHOT, an adaptation of the same-titled novel by Matthew F. Jones (and who also wrote the screenplay). It sees a desperate John Moon (Sam Rockwell) struggling with the loss of his family farm, losing himself in the wilderness of his master hunter hobby as his skills in poaching game in-season or out being the only thing that stands between him and the soup kitchen line. However, when Moon trespasses on the wrong land in an attempt at a decent payday, he mistakenly fires a fateful shot that changes his world forever.

JANIE JONES director David M. Rosenthal is at the helm with A SINGLE SHOT set to be made available on VOD on August 20th followed by a limited US cinema run from 20th September. No details yet on a UK release. William H Macy, Melissa Leo, Jason Isaacs and Jeffrey Wright co-star.
