It may be a long old while since BLACKADDER helped catapult Richard Curtis into mainstream movie mediocrity but credit to the bespectacled writer, he’s had a lot of success. ABOUT TIME, his latest, stars Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson as a young couple whose lives are changed when Mary’s (McAdams) parents come to visit, and Tim (Gleeson) learns from his Father (Bill Nighy) that he can time travel. Not your usual rom-com trope I grant you.
You can watch the MSN exclusive trailer below and let us know your thoughts on Curtis and his latest. Don’t be shy the sycophant needs a whipping every now and then.
ABOUT TIME previews from September 4th before a national release 6th September in the UK, whilst the US have to wait until 8th November.
Sam is a bloody lovely lad born and raised in Bristol (he’s still there and can’t escape). Favourite films include THE LOST BOYS, DRIVE, FIGHT CLUB and COMMANDO, well pretty much any 1980s Arnie film you can throw his way…even RED SONJA. Sam once cancelled a Total Film subscription after they slagged off Teen Wolf. He resubscribed 2 days later.
