Anything from Ridley Scott is usually enough to peak the interest of any film fan but throw in a superb, star-studded cast and nail-biting thriller THE COUNSELOR is arguably the most anticipated film of the remaining year. Reuniting with PROMETHEUS’ Michael Fassbender, the Irish actor plays an attorney in way over his head after setting a major drug deal between two of his clients. Javier Bardem’s drugs trafficker Reiner is the man desperate to offload $20 million worth of cocaine to Brad Pitt’s Southern mob kingpin, with THE COUNSELOR as the middle man.
