This October, the daddy of slasher movies is returning to cinemas to celebrate its 35th anniversary. The 1978 John Carpenter classic HALLOWEEN will be screened in select cinemas, followed later in the month by sequels HALLOWEEN 4: THE RETURN OF MICHAEL MYERS and HALLOWEEN 5: THE REVENGE OF MICHAEL MYERS. All three films will be presented in a new HD transfer with 5.1 audio. Two new posters have been revealed for this re-release, which you can check out below.
Michael Myers’ return to the big screen will also be accompanied by a new 35th Anniversary edition of HALLOWEEN on DVD and Blu-ray. This will feature a brand new commentary recorded by Carpenter and star Jamie Lee Curtis and will be released in the UK on 21st October.
