Proving that there is life after franchises, it has been revealed that THE HUNGER GAMES actress Amandla Stenberg will be joining the cast of Fox’s SLEEPY HOLLOW.
While we all know and love Stenberg as District 11’s Rue, from November 25th she will be playing Macey, the daughter of Orlando Jones’ character Captain Frank Irving. Her story arc will follow Macey as she starts to feel disconnected from her father after he takes his new job at Sleepy Hollow.
Fox’s adaptation of SLEEPY HOLLOW is a modern retelling of the 1820 short story “The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow” by Washington Irving. It also stars Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie and Katia Winter.
SLEEPY HOLLOW currently airs every Wednesday on Universal Channel in the UK.
