Get Ready For Round 2 With ‘The Following’ Freaky Promos

A collection of teasing promo spots have been released for Fox’s return of serial-killer series, The Following. Kevin Bacon’s unlucky FBI profiler Ryan Hardy is out for revenge as Edgar Allan Poe-obsessive Joe Carroll (the excellent James Purefoy) may well be sticking around despite an explosive finale in season one. Of course, Carroll will have his faithful ‘following’ continuing to make life difficult for the troubled agent with their never-ending killing spree. It’s set one-year after the previous events.

The first season, coming from SCREAM creator Kevin Williamson, really was addictive but was most certainly totally ridiculous and over-the-top. Joining the returning Bacon, Purefoy, Natalie Zea, Shawn Ashmore and Valorie Curry, will be newcomers Leslie Bibb, Keith Carradine, Jessica Stroup, James McDanie, Valerie Cruz, Carrie Preston and Connie Nielsen.

The Following Season 2 is due to return to our TV screens in January 2014.
