Sony Pictures Launches ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Loyalty Scheme

Spider-Man 2

It’s still a good six months until the release of Spidey-sequel THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2, but if you just can’t wait that long for more web-slinging goodness, Sony has today launched a new loyalty program called The Amazing Spider-Fans.

Signing up will give you the chance to complete missions, win prizes and, erm, watch the trailer. It’s all a bit promotional but it’s at least interactive – and with a grand prize of tickets to the film’s premiere in May 2014, it’s definitely worth a look.

There are also monthly sweepstakes in the run-up to the film with prizes on offer including posters, t-shirts and even props from the film. Official details are as follows:

Sign up and be among the first to know about all things happening for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”. After signing up with your favorite social network(s) you’ll receive a weekly email mission with exciting news. Whether it’s watching the new trailer, learning about a new game launch or being the first to know about Spider-Man news, you’ll earn points for missions you participate in which may qualify you for entries into monthly sweepstakes and the grand prize.

You can track your progress on the leader board each week and earn badges for milestones reached. The more you participate in the weekly missions, the entries you may earn, and the more chances there are for you to win great prizes. We’ll offer a prize pack to one lucky Spider-Fan each month during the program and players can earn entries to win a grand prize trip to the premiere.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 is due for release in May 2014, starring Andrew Garfield, Paul Giamatti, Dane DeHaan and Emma Stone.
