Fans have waited eagerly and patiently but the day is almost here, we are now a mere two weeks away from THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR. The 50th Anniversary special of DOCTOR WHO is almost upon us and to wet the appetites of fans and make the last two weeks wait as agonising as possible, the BBC have released not one but two new trailers for the highly anticipated television event.
The episode will be broadcast across the world simultaneously on both television and cinema screens in 2d 3D to celebrate the shows milestone year. DOCTOR WHO: THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR will unite both the tenth and eleventh Doctor’s played by David Tenant and Matt Smith. The episode will also give audiences a new mystery incarnation of the Doctor in the form of screen legend John Hurt as well as Jenna Coleman and Billie Piper as Clara Oswald and Rose Tyler.

With only two weeks left to wait now these trailers will likely drive fans more crazy than ever as we close in on that very special day. The trailers are no doubt being inspected frame by frame by millions of die-hard DOCTOR WHO fans around the world right now so lets hope the BBC delivers on the excitement they have generated. Also it wouldn’t hurt to see a classic Doctor appear somewhere in the episode (Paul McGann please?). DOCTOR WHO: THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR will air across the world on 23rd November, check back with us for more news.
