Violent ‘Raze’ Trailer Arrives

Last month we brought you news of up and coming horror thriller RAZE. The synopsis of the film plays somewhere between HOSTEL and FIGHT CLUB as an abducted woman awakens to find herself and fifty other women being forced to battle each other to death with their bare hands, all for the entertainment of some mysterious spectators.

Zoë Bell is best known as Uma Thurman’s stunt double in Quentin Tarantino’s KILL BILL two-parter. The New Zealand actress and stuntwoman also had a starring role in DEATH PROOF, again directed by Tarantino. RAZE will see her take centre-stage as our heroine Sabrina, who must battle to save not only herself but those that she loves.

From the looks of the trailer it would appear that RAZE is going to be more than a little violent, and the subject matter should give Bell the perfect opportunity to showcase her impressive stunt-work skills. The film is currently doing the festival rounds, having already played at Tribeca amongst others. No news on a UK release date yet however as soon as we have one we’ll share it.
