After last year’s TOY STORY OF TERROR comes TOY STORY THAT TIME FORGOT, another outing for Disney Pixar’s most successful characters.
This new TV special will see Woody, Buzz and the gang come across a group (or herd?) of dinosaur toys, led by Reptillus Maximus (voiced by Kevin McKidd), who believe that they are real, much like Buzz did at the beginning of the first installment (1995). Tom Hanks, Joan Cusack, Tim Allen, Wallace Shawn, Don Rickles, Kristen Schaal and Timothy Dalton will all return as their respective characters, ensuring that the legend of TOY STORY lives on!
The poster gives us a sneaky peek at Reptillus himself, all muscle and scales. But…who’s that on the right-hand side? It can’t be…what’s happened to Trixie?! Will Woody and Buzz be able to save her? We’ll have to wait and see.
For those attending the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con a special panel will be held on Thursday at 11:15am in room 6A.
TOY STORY THAT TIME FORGOT, directed by Steve Purcell, will arrive later this year.
