Bradley Cooper Shows The Human Impact Of War In Latest ‘American Sniper’ Trailer

The haunting memories of war and its emotional impact on family are the focus of the latest trailer for Clint Eastwood’s AMERICAN SNIPER.

Looking down the barrel of a sniper’s rifle, the latest clip opens as Chris Kyle (Bradley Cooper) is asked if he is surprised to learn that he has been credited with 160 kills. As the confronting discussion about his military career continues in voice over, the images oscillate between Kyle’s memories from Iraq and the simple beauty found in his family life. As the clip comes to its conclusion with Kyle returning stateside, Eastwood gives us a momentary glance at the emotional difficulties servicemen and women experience as they acclimatise and transition from one world to another and from their service duty to their family.

Directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller, the film is shot by cinematographer Tom Stern, here’s that trailer:
