Three more actors have been added to the cast of the in-production THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, the third film in the series that started BATMAN BEGINS. Those actors are: Matthew Modine, Tom Conti and Joey King. Modine will be playing a character named ‘Nixon’ in the film, while Conti’s and eleven year old King’s roles have not been disclosed by the studio or Variety, who broke the news.
I’m guessing that blonde King will be up for the role of Batgirl in the film and will Kick Ass just as much as Chloe Moretz did in the movie of the same name. I also kidding, but who knows – maybe Nolan will throw us a massive curve ball.
We’ll wait and the see. The film is currently lensing in London, but will move on to other locations around the world as the production moves on.
