This Is England star Stephen Graham has joined the cast of Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, according to Production Weekly. The word is that Graham is playing a character named Scram in the movie, which is being directed by Rob Marshall and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.
Johnny Depp is returning as Captain Jack Sparrow in the fourth film in the hit Disney franchise, which kicks off this summer. Penelope Cruz also stars with Geoffrey Rush (back as Barbossa) and Ian McShane, who will play the villain Blackbeard.
The film has a release date set for May 20, 2011.
