The Destination may not be Final for Director Steven Quale

So the studio was obviously fibbing when 2009’s THE FINAL DESTINATION wasn’t the final destination after all, well fancy that, in fact new to the franchise, Director Steven Quale is already talking about the possibilities of taking another bunch of fresh faced teens on a expedition with death.

Having built his career working with James  Cameron on blockbusters such as AVATAR, TITANIC and TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY, Steven Quale has finally been given to chance to helm his own feature film with the upcoming release of FINAL DESTINATION 5 but before that’s even been released, Quale has already been talking about his chances of a sixth outing for the franchise, after all Directors James Wong and David R. Ellis have both had two attempts each. So who better than the man responsible for some of modern cinemas most jaw dropping visual effects and 3D work to have another stab at the franchise most suited to the ever evolving world 3D.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
