Although this isn’t something you would normally find in the every-day world, David Lynch has inspired the Paris night life. This new club reflects the fantasies behind his creations as MULHOLLAND DRIVE-influenced Club Silencio opens in the French fashion and culture capital.
This may be devoid of dwarves and velvet curtains, yet Lynch’s ideas are unquestionably apparent in this artistic creation that echoes 1950s stylistics and the intention to “induce and sustain a specific state of alertness and openness to the unknown”.
In a long line of creative inventiveness, we’re informed that this isn’t the end of what to expect. Lynch will soon be visiting his designer conception and we’re informed there’s a lot more in store from the distinctive mind who created the likes of TWIN PEAKS and BLUE VELVET.
