See the Fast and Furious 8 trailer tease below.
A very brief sneak peek of the very first Fast and the Furious 8 trailer has beeen sneaked online ahead of it’s big debut on Monday, and it looks like it may have a very different title.
The sneak came with the banner The Fate Of The Furious in this version:
However, in the UK version, released by Universal Pictures UK, which we’ve got posted in the player below, the title is simply Fast and the Furious 8 – this is the UK version, so are we getting a different title?
Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky and Kurt Russell star in the forthcoming sequel, whatever it ends up being called, when it debuts this coming April. Our own Helen Mirren also has a part in the film, but we’re unaware as to who she will will play as yet.
Here’s the plot:
Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew has been exonerated—the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life. But when a mysterious woman (Oscar® winner Charlize Theron) seduces Dom into the world of crime he can’t seem to escape and a betrayal of those closest to him, they will face trials that will test them as never before.
The release date has been set globally for April 14, 2017, so not too long to go.
We’ll obviously keep you posted on that title, and deliver that all-important trailer on Monday when it drops. We’re expecting it to be early as the US are getting it late on Sunday. Stay tuned.
