The trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s ‘Lucky Logan’ has just dropped

The first trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s next film, the summer-released Lucky Logan, has just dropped online, along with the film’s official [Stateside] poster. We’re hearing some good things about this film – a welcome return to filmmaking (in terms of directing) from Soderbergh, who threatened to retire a few years back. This looks like so much fun.

The film boasts a huge cast, including Channing Tatum, Adam Driver, Seth MacFarlane, Riley Keough, Katie Holmes, Katherine Waterson, Dwight Yoakam, Sebastian Stan, Brian Gleeson, Jack Quaid, and Hilary Swank. The official blurb we’ve just received also has the following on he cast notes – ‘introducing Daniel Craig as Joe Bang’.

Here’s the plot:

Trying to reverse a family curse, brothers Jimmy (Channing Tatum) and Clyde Logan (Adam Driver) set out to execute an elaborate robbery during the legendary Coca-Cola 600 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Lucky Logan is released on August 25th, 2017 in the UK, around the same time as when it is due to drop in the United States.
