It looks like Warner Bros; upcoming Justice League movie is set to become the shortest DCEU film yet. It has been confirmed that the superhero ensemble will clock in at just 121 minutes, way shorter than this year’s Wonder Woman (141 minutes), and last August’s Suicide Squad, which was 123 minutes long.
This could be good news for the movie, which is due in cinemas next month.
In related news, Commissioner Gordon himself, J.K. Simmons has been speaking about potential plans for a sequel. This news comes from Total Film (via Cosmic Book News).
“This is the first Justice League movie – we hope – of a few. They’re working on scripts for The Batman and for the next Justice League movie. It introduces my incarnation of Commissioner Gordon. I don’t have a lot to do. I feel like I just dipped my toe in the water of who Commissioner Gordon will be…,” Simmons said.
“Obviously, there are some very big shoes that I’m attempting to step into. Some really, really wonderful actors have played that part before. It’s like all of a sudden everyone in London is doing Hamlet. Now it’s my turn to be Gordon,” he added.
Justice League is in cinemas on 17th November.
