Underused in his last performance for the Joe Wright action-thriller HANNA, Aussie actor Eric Bana (HULK, CHOPPER) has signed on to headline BRILLIANT. The movie is being directed by Robert Luketic (LEGALLY BLONDE, 21) and will see Bana in the role of a small-time crook who joins up with a team of professional criminals for a big score diamond robbery. It is as yet unknown who he is to star alongside but early whispers are Cameron Diaz (BAD TEACHER) is also being lined up.
