The Parting Glass
He’s had quite the career for an actor appearing in the likes of True Blood and the more recent The Gifted, but now Stephen Moyer has turned to directing with The Parting Glass, a film which just had its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
The Parting Glass focuses upon a family dealing with their sister’s death who travel across country to collect her belongings and piece together their memories of the woman they lost. It has an impressive cast including the likes of Anna Paquin, Melissa Leo, Cynthia Nixon and Rhys Ifans and debuted in Edinburgh with a glitzy premiere.
Our man in Scotland Awais Irfan was on hand to catch up with Paquin and Moyer, as well as writer Denis O’Hare and producers Mark Larkin and Cerise Larkin.
