Netflix has set a Stranger Things season 3 release date. This time around, the hit show will return in the summer rather than it its traditional October frame, so reports he streamer.

The Stranger Things season 3 release date will be 4th July 2019, so reports Netflix. The new was announced with a new teaser video, posted to YouTube over the past couple of days.
A new poster was also released for the highly anticipated third season, which is set during the summer of 1985.

The series was created by the talented The Duffer Brothers and is directed by Shawn Levy, the man behind the likes of Big Fat Liar,Just Married, Cheaper by the Dozen, The Pink Panther, and Night at the Museum.
