Further to today’s news that the Farrelly brothers are set to revisit DUMB AND DUMBER (for news item click here), here’s the first look at their latest project, THE THREE STOOGES.
Based on the popular shorts from the 1930s and 40s, the film has rebooted the iconic characters – Moe, Curly, and Larry – for the modern day. The film follows the madcap trio as they attempt to save the orphanage where they grew up.The Farrelly’s have allegedly toned down their usual gross-out style to deliver a more family-friendly brand of humour.
THE THREE STOOGES stars Sean Hayes, Will Sasso, Chris Diamantopoulos, Larry David, and Jane Lynch. It arrives in cinemas April 2012.
