This movie follows the story of Mick Haller, a defense attorney. All seems normal when a wealthy client needs to use Haller’s services. It isn’t long, though, until Haller realizes his client’s crime reminds him a lot of an old case.
McConaughey’s character seems like one of the trusted lawyers I’d want on my side. But, don’t get too comfortable because this movie has twists you won’t see coming.
3. To Kill A Mockingbird (1962)
Often, old movies can be difficult to watch. You likely didn’t expect us to reach back to 1962 for a law-related film, yet here we are.
To Kill a Mockingbird is a classic that’s based on Harper Lee’s 1960 book. The book’s been so popular that it’s sold over 30 million copies worldwide and won a Pulitzer.
The story takes place during the Great Depression and follows a lawyer who tries his best to be moral. A black resident gets accused of raping a white woman, and Atticus, the lawyer, represents him.
Children in the town aren’t immune from feeling the adult’s tension. What will happen to the resident accused of rape? Watch the flick to find out!
4. Legally Blonde (2001)
If you’re looking for comedic relief, then this is the show for you!
Legally Blonde follows a pre-law student played by Reese Witherspoon. She wants to get into law school, so she puts in the hard work and gets it done!
