Here’s actor Charlie Sheen arriving for a court hearing in Aspen, Colorado on Monday (June 7). The Platoon and Two and a Half Men star, up against charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief, was expected to plead no contest to misdemeanor assault and will be sentenced to 30 days in jail, according to TMZ.com.
With good behavior, Charlie will only serve 17 days and he’ll get out every day at 8:00 AM for work release at Theatre Aspen. He must return to jail each night by 8 PM.
