A look at the forthcoming ‘Locked Down’ from director Doug Liman and screenwriter Steven Knight

Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor lead the cast.

Check out this first trailer for the forthcoming Locked Down, a new film from director Doug Liman and written by Peaky Blinders writer and creator Steven Knight. Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor lead the cast of the movie which comes to HBO Max Stateside pretty soon (next week), and then the UK in early March. There’s quite a supporting cast as well, with the likes of Dulé Hill, Stephen Merchant, Mindy Kaling, Ben Kingsley and Lucy Boynton all listed.

Here’s the synopsis:

Just as they decide to separate, Linda (Anne Hathaway) and Paxton (Chiwetel Ejiofor) find life has other plans when they are stuck at home in a mandatory lockdown. Co-habitation is proving to be a challenge, but fueled by poetry and copious amounts of wine, it will bring them closer together in the most surprising way.

Shooting on this one only started in late-September and the film looks like it is well on its way to being ready for that first release Stateside next week. Check out the debut trailer below.
